Being involved in everything felt like care

The next iteration of Hellomomo requires me to wear a different hat.

For a long time, being involved in everything felt like care.

But the level of partnership and hospitality I want to offer my clients now needs stronger support behind it.

So I’m solving for that.

For the past month, I’ve been working with a personal EA, and it’s been a game-changer for my brain.

I’m also in talks to hire a project manager to strengthen systems. We’re meeting this week to explore what working together could look like.

And after that, the next hire on my mind is a strong designer with a solid foundation.

I want to build Hellomomo more intentionally.

My goal is to celebrate the next iteration of the studio by the end of the year: more supported, more focused, and better built for the kind of client experience I want to lead.
